- The remaining balance is divided into three equal monthly payments.
- Tuition for the current semester must be fully paid before enrolling in the next semester.
Juris Doctor Executive Track Plan
- This program follows an academic year structure instead of semesters.
- Students pay 30% of the academic year’s tuition upfront.
- The remaining balance is spread across 12 equal monthly payments during the academic year.

- Request the required documentation from our financial aid office.
- Submit the documentation to your employer for approval.
- Receive reimbursement from your employer based on their policy.
We will assist in providing necessary verification or documentation for employer tuition assistance programs.
Tuition Refund Policy
William Howard Taft University maintains a fair and equitable tuition refund policy in compliance with regulatory requirements. This policy may change to reflect legislative or accrediting updates.
Each 8-week session is independent for refund purposes. If a student cancels enrollment within the first seven days, they receive a full refund. After that, withdrawals or dismissals qualify for a prorated refund:
| Week | Days of Session | Tuition Refund |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Days 1-7 | 100% |
| 2 | Days 8-14 | 80% |
| 3 | Days 15-21 | 60% |
| 4 | Days 22-28 | 40% |
| 5 | Days 29-35 | 20% |
| 6 | Day 36+ | No Refund |
No refunds are issued after the sixth week, and completed courses are non-refundable. For example, a student withdrawing on Day 25, having paid $1,000, would receive $400 (40%).
Refunds are based on the withdrawal notification date. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
Dismissals take effect on the date determined by Administration or when a student fails to meet academic standards. Students with tuition loans are responsible for full repayment, including interest. Some lenders require refunds to be issued directly, and students authorize the University to comply.
